    This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications published by devLNX Studio ("we", "us", "our") on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. By using our apps, you agree to the practices described here.
  

1. Information We Collect

Our apps are designed to respect your privacy. The majority of data is stored locally on your device only and never transmitted to our servers.

Depending on the app, data stored locally may include:

App preferences and settings
In-app progress, scores, streaks, or activity logs
Content you create inside the app (e.g. habit names, notes)

We do not require you to create an account or provide personal information such as your name, email, or phone number to use our apps.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

All personal progress and content is stored in a local database on your device (SQLite or equivalent). This data does not leave your device unless you explicitly export or share it yourself. Uninstalling the app permanently removes this data.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

Some of our apps display ads served by Google AdMob. Google may use device identifiers (such as the Advertising ID) to serve personalised ads based on your interests.

On iOS, this requires your permission via the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
On Android, you can opt out in Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID.

Premium / paid users in apps that offer a subscription or one-time purchase to remove ads will not be shown third-party ads.

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Some apps offer optional in-app purchases or auto-renewable subscriptions. All payments are processed exclusively by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not collect, store, or process any credit card or payment information.

When you make a purchase, Apple or Google shares with us only an anonymised transaction identifier to verify your entitlement.

Auto-renewable subscriptions:

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's account settings (App Store / Google Play).
Prices may vary by region and are displayed in the app before purchase.

5. Analytics

We may use anonymised, aggregated analytics to understand how our apps are used in general (e.g. crash reports, feature usage). This data does not identify you personally. Where used, analytics are provided by platform-level tools such as Apple App Store Connect Analytics or Google Play Console, which operate under their own privacy policies.

We do not use Facebook SDK, Flurry, Firebase Analytics, or other invasive tracking SDKs in our current apps.

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Our apps are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

7. GDPR – Users in the European Economic Area

If you are located in the EEA, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Access – you may request a copy of any data we hold about you.
Erasure – you may request deletion of your data.
Portability – you may request your data in a portable format.
Objection – you may object to certain types of processing, including personalised advertising.

8. CCPA – California Residents

California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. For any requests, contact us at the address below.

9. Data Retention

Data stored locally on your device persists until you delete the app. Anonymous transaction identifiers received from Apple or Google are retained only as long as necessary to maintain your premium entitlement.

10. Security

We take reasonable technical precautions to protect your information. Since the majority of data never leaves your device, the security of your device is the primary safeguard. We recommend keeping your operating system and apps up to date.

11. Third-Party Links

Our apps may contain links to external websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties and encourage you to review their privacy policies.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
